Now the page shows with no error, but it isn't pulling the post data into the page. Any help on this would be huge. We really want to use the theme, but we'll have to look elsewhere if we can't get this fixed and fast.
I tried contacting you but you're contact form is broken and sends me to an error page when I hit submit.
Anyway, we're getting this error when trying to access a post page.
Warning: main(post.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/politic7/public_html/wp-content/themes/slate/single.php on line 11

I'm guessing we still have to build a post.php file? What is the best way to do that?
Hi Dan, thanks for the download. Great work. Jürgen -- Germany :-)

Hi Dan. I'm using one of your themes and just visited your website and can't help but notice your rating plugin. Can you share that? Point me to the right direction on how to get my own? Thankx!
Patrick
Hi Dan,
First of all thanks for the great theme. Maybe this is a stupid question - I'm quite new to WordPress - but how doe I get the tagboard to show up in my sidebar?
Cheers

Hi Dan, when do you think you will be converting this theme to wp 2.0? I would really like to use this but the pages are not working on version 2.
Glen: I don't really now what you are talking about when you say the title isn't within the header. I have a widescreen 20" monitor and a second monitor and I spanned your site with no problems.
Note: I probably wont do any more work to these themes until I convert them to 2.0.
first, props for the theme. good work. jammydodger, check the 'navigation' file.
my question is regarding the blog title. I want to fix it so it stays within the boundary of the header image. This is only relevant for those of us running widescreen LCD monitors. One of the reasons why your slate theme is attractive to me is that it allows the text to 'fill up' the widescreen monitor cause of the fluid boundaries. One problem is that the blog title slips off the header image. I am also a total noob to wordpress although a quick learner and I have experimented playing around with the code trying to find the one that determines the location of the title. As yet I've had no luck (however I did discover where to comment out the five links that concerned jammydodger!).
if you can help me out, dan, that would be awesome. if anyone else knows of any solutions that would also be cool. even if I could just make the title reference the 'center' rather than 'left' I would be happy!!!!! at the moment it is languishing off the edge of the blog like a car on a clif in a b-grade action movie.

Sorry if im being a noob but this is my fist time using WP. how do I set up the 5 links at the top of the page with this theme?
Thanks for any help.

I have the same problem with the page links not showing. any chance you could have a look?
This theme (actually all of them) rock. Thanks for the offering. 1st in response to the prior poster, what's Internet explorer? For whats it's worth, this is easily fixable, but thought i would let you know for future dev. There is no space between the poster and the date. I havent fixed it yet so you can have a look. I'll change it when I have sometime. Just wanted to drop you a note!
This theme is really amazing, just what i have been looking for in weeks! I only have one problem and that is that in Internet Explorer the page scrambles... Im new to websites and things and wondered if i could get some help/tips.
