As you can tell, if your not reading this post in RSS, I’ve changed a few things. Namely just making everything bigger; bigger fonts, bigger header, and flexible width. I think it’s been enough time for me to move to flexible width site after many discussions (mostly w/ Jared) about how sites should not be fixed width.
There are still a few things I need to fix but I’ll probably pass since I rather not spend the time into the minor…
I always thought Digg had issues. Especially with quality but this, something I’ve noticed as well, is something much more troubling.

A couple weeks ago I noticed Costco had the XBox 360 and I hesitated more then once. I always said I’d wait after the bestbuy debacle. What made me follow through with this purchase was Costco’s awesome return policy, I said to myself, “I’ll use it for a couple weeks and if I don’t use it enough to warrant the purchase I’ll take it back”. I’ve been using Newsvine for a while now and I just can’t get over how great it could be. The problem as I see it, no users. I know they just opened out of beta but the tech news featured is old and tired. Compared to Digg: Digg is up to date and rich with links, Newsvine’s content is “smarter”, full and the userbase is reliable and knowledgeable (noticeable in the comments, newsvine comments are not fueled with flames).

Okay, I still don’t agree that you can say that having no sidebars is usability deficient because the only way you can get away with that statement is if you avoid the other pieces of the definition of usability.

Even though I am very content with my Nano I still am very excited about the next iPod rumors.
And even if it doesn’t come with Bluetooth or WiFi I would still be one of the first to order it.
