  Oh, it's work related so I couldn't/cant go into detail but everything is being restructured and web is moving under the death squad--aka marketing--. I just have to figure out where I am in the whole situation; whether I continue to "manage" or I be more of a developer/back-end design and sys. admin.. I'm leaning towards the later since I prefer to do that work, I just don't like to be managed and right now I'm practically free because I handle everything.
