I forgot Fry’s opened last weekend while I was gone.

Since it is just over the freeway from where I work I plan to frequent there regularly; hopefully that will start tonight.

I wonder how they decorated, maybe I’ll take some Treo pics of the interior.

Good thing we started getting the Sunday LA Times (they just started delivering it out of the blue and it’s not our neighbors; no bill either) so I can check out the Fry’s ads.

  • PS - why hate the staff?
  • You forgot to mention the book section; their selection of computer books is *so much* better than the local Borders and BN put together that it's ridiculous.

I went there on opening night; it was a madhouse. It's definitely a dangerous store to have in this area, for those who are tempted by such things.

I first want to say that it's HUGE. It's almost too big. There's a stinking cafe in the middle it's so big.

Second, NO THEME!! that's not Fry's. I wanted it to be dark with aliens or Alice. Supposedly the theme is Oxnard but a couple pictures on the walls wont convince me and when have cafe's been synonymous with Oxnard.

This layout or design wont matter because the place has everything. Even JAP PSP games. Wow.

Conclusion: I'll stick with my original plan; love the store and hate the staff.
