Hard to believe McCain didn’t know everything there was about her before the pick. Either way, his pick makes him look bad: making “gut” decisions regardless of facts he rather not see or he still thinks she’s the best choice to lead a country or he rather win and this is how he thinks he can do it.
No matter the case, I’m worried.
