Search Everything Plugin

One of the few plugins I have just sky rocketed past any one of my themes with about 300 downloads. The last time I checked, about two weeks ago, it was around 50. The slate theme is just around 300 as well.

  • GREAT WORK MAN, I luuuurve this plugin, so simple yet so clever!

    However, I need the ability to exclude certain post categories and pages from my search results. I realise you are a busy man and would be happy to make a modest PayPal donation to yourself (Im using a plugin on a site that is for my girlfriend - ie not making any money!). I'm also a very accomplished graphic designer, and could offer my services to you for say a logo design for your site or something along those lines... I'm happy to negotiate!

    I've just been on the WP forums, and someone else is asking about this kind of functionality too - I'm not the only one!

    I'm not asking for a fancy options page or anything like that - I'd be happy amending the plugin code if that makes it easier!

    This guys plugin DOES allow over searching of specific categories, but I think it doesn't work properly with WP 2.2.2 - it shows up attachments in the search results (even less desirable!!) - but I thought it might be a good starting point as it has the functionality I describe.
