Don’t vote for Obama…or McCain then

I completely understand why someone would not vote for Obama because of his record of voting pro-choice[1]. But why wouldn’t there be any disdain towards McCain’s inconstant record[2,3]?

If this is the one key issue that determines votes for a lot of individuals and there’s no wavering–it’s either you’re for or against. Is McCain really the right person to cast your voice?

It’s seems to me like he’s pandering, especially with his change in stance in 2000 when he first ran for president. Now it’s 8 years later and we seem to forget he was pressed about his “position” then[5]. If he picks Ridge or Lieberman for the election, it would only show that he hasn’t changed his view – only his “position” for the votes.

Lastly, I’ve found 1.17 minutes of McCain that I agree with.

What’s the other option? Bob Barr[4], unless you’re commitment isn’t 100%.
